Carefully read all the Terms and Conditions of this limited usage license agreement for the beta version of Prophecy (“This Agreement”). By clicking “I Accept” or proceeding with the installation of the Beta version of Prophecy (“Application), or using the application you are indicating that you have read, understand,accept and bound by terms of this agreement with Prophecy Inc (“Prophecy”) and “Prophecy Terms” ( https://legal.prophecy.io/terms).
This agreement is an addendum to Prophecy Terms and Conditions which can be found at “Prophecy Terms” ( https://legal.prophecy.io/terms)
Subject to the terms and conditions of this Agreement and Prophecy Terms ,Prophecy grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited license (without the right to sublicense), solely for the License Term, to access and use the application to evaluate the feasibility of using the Prophecy product. This limited license is only provided to enterprise users. If you have signed up using your personal email ID, you are requested to sign up using your work email address. Failure to do so will result in immediate termination of this License grant.
The application is not recommended to be used in a production or commercial operating environment or with important data. Before using the Application, you should back up all of your data and regularly back-up data while using the Application. You will lose any data or workflows created using that data after the expiry of the term of this agreement. You acknowledge and agree that your use of the Application may be limited by the hardware or resources on which it is installed and limited to the functionality and/or capacity applicable to the version of the Application that you download.
You agree that Prophecy provides this Application on an “As is” and Where as” basis. Prophecy does not warranty performance of the product or functionality associated. Whether express, implied, statutory or otherwise, Prophecy disclaim all other warranties including but not limited to the implied warranties of Non-infringement of Third Party rights, Title, merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.
